Subscribers using paypal

To use our protected website with Paypal, you must sign up and pay the subscription through a Paypal Account as directed. Paypal Accounts are free to set up if you do not already have one. Paypal one-off subscription management may generate an email to you saying your subscription has been cancelled almost immediately after payment has been processed. This is just a Paypal quirk. Please be assured, your access to the system will continue until the end of your subscription period. Your access will automatically end at the end of your last paid subscription. To access the system after your subscription has expired, you must pay for another period of access.

The subscription is for access by one individual on up to 3 machines (work, home, laptop). We monitor IP addresses of subscribers and reserve the right to restrict access if we believe the system is being abused. We will contact you if we restrict your access.

Other payment methods

If you do not wish to or have not already opened a Paypal account we may take payments by other methods (BACS/faster payments) or email us for a Paypal invoice to pay by card. However access to the site will not be activated until payment is cleared. Please contact us if you wish to pay by BACS etc.

A subscription is for access by one individual on up to 3 machines for the agreed length of time. We monitor IP addresses and reserve the right to restrict access if we believe the system is being abused. We will contact you if we restrict your access. For access after your subscription has expired a further payment must be made.

Up time and site availability

Whilst every effort is made to provide links to the current versions of Regulations we cannot guarantee that all amendments are always incorporated at any given moment in time. Nor can we guarantee the accuracy of sites over which we have no control. Links are made to such sites for your information.

In no place have we tried to interpret the Regulations. Only the Courts can do that. The criterion has been to comply with Recital 22 of EU 1169/2011 which requires a list to be drawn up of all the mandatory information which should in principle be provided for all foods. That list should contain both the requirements of that Regulation together with that which is also required under existing Union legislation in respect of consumer information. We have also included official guidance from UK sources and some links to third party sites for more background information.

Before having labels printed, we strongly recommend you gain approval for them from your professional adviser. Food Solutions Publishing Ltd cannot be held responsible for your labels.
